The workshop will be presented by a Department of Health and Human Services licensing specialist and will inform childcare workers of the requirements needed in order to start or expand a home-based or commercial child care business.

Most people wouldn’t expect Dorothy Stuck of Hot Springs to be white-water rafting at the age of 86 and she isn’t. She did that when she was much younger, a mere 84.
